Oslo, Norway, March 14th 2014 – At its ordinary general assembly today the board of Phonect was strengthened with Frode Haugli as Chairman and Per Kristian Hove and Jan Søgaard as Directors.
Frode Haugli has an operational background as CEO in Software Innovation and an 18 year long tenure within Hewlett-Packard, 10 of those as Managing Director Norway & Northern Region. Per Kristian Hove is the Country Manager in HCL Technologies, the Indian IT group, and former Managing Director in Oracle Norway. Jan Søgaard has a long operational experience within telecommunication including being CEO in IPnett Norway.
